We accept orders only via our website www.asiamemorials.com

Our products are stored in and delivered from a warehouse which does not cater for self-collection.

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate and without contradictions, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it.

The prices mentioned on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude delivery.

For orders outside Singapore please email us at contact@asiamemorials.com indicating product of interest and place of delivery. International shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser.

Product availability is either ex-stock (existing, Delivery: 1 working day) or on indent (out of stock, Delivery: 7 working days) basis and is indicated above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. For ex-stock the delivery will occur within 6 to 32 hours depending on the time the order is placed (see delivery charges and schedule below). For indent orders delivery is usually within 7-10 working days. The exact delivery date and time will be advised within 2 working days after the order is placed. The normal delivery charge applies to orders on indent basis (refer to delivery schedule below).

The delivery charges and times for ex-stock items in Singapore are as follows:

Normal delivery ($15): Orders placed by 12pm, noon, will be delivered by 5pm the next working day.

Urgent delivery ($40): Orders placed by 2pm on a working day will be delivered by 8pm on the same day. There are no urgent orders available after 2pm. Please select normal delivery.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, in which event we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Working days are from Mondays to Fridays excl. public holidays.

When ordering please ensure someone will be present at the delivery address indicated in your order and provide a contact number. We are unable to deliver if a valid contact number is not indicated.
